the place is ideal and fairly clean, it offers satisfactory breakfast and favourable location next to a big supermarket. all in all they offer nice service. moreover, there is a parking onsite. thank you for a memorable stay.

The rooms were cozy and fine, and they had bathtubs. the breakfast had a lot of options, and it was good. - the hotel was conveniently located near EL Royale Jakarta, online taxis, and Mall Kelapa Gading.

There are also many nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center, a swimming pool, and even a children's play area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the on-site car park. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Nothing is perfect.

We were able to easily access a nearby supermarket and numerous shopping places by foot. the hotel's location allowed us to visit various malls without having to worry about transportation, unlike with the Blue taxi. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the service was top notch. the breakfast offered a wide variety and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the cool AC in the room and the big, comfy bed.

There was a slight issue with the elevator, which caused some delays during peak hours.

What a great way to start the new year! the suite was perfect for my big family, with 3 spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. the best part was the outdoor pool area that had different pools for all ages. the kids had a blast playing basketball and enjoying the nearby playground. the location was ideal, with plenty of malls in the vicinity and a mosque just a short walk away.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, which was strong enough to keep the room cool without being too cold. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to shopping centers and the Centre of Kelapa Gading area. Additionally, the staff was very polite, and the breakfast was very good.

The suite was spacious and quiet, perfect for a week-long stay. The hotel's key location made it convenient to find many malls and a hospital. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the swimming pool was a major attraction with three types of pools - infant, child, and adult. The hotel had a children's playground and a basketball field that was well-liked by the teenagers.

The breakfast spread was not up to par compared to other hotels in Indonesia and the bed was too hard. there was no gym available for guests.
